Description

The Grand Vin is a 100% Malbec, a selection of the oldest vineyards and a representation of the three major Chambert soil types. Only the grapes with excellent concentration of flavour and tannins are selected to produce this flagship wine. They are fermented with the indigenous yeast only, with minimal intervention.

The predominantly limestone based vineyard contains mainly three variations: - iron clays (Siderolitique, a unique terroir found only in north Occitanie) - Kimmeridgian limestone - Brown clay / limestone mixed soil
