Chateau de Chambert

Château de Chambert is based in Cahors, with 65 hectares of land, all certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter and Biodyvin).

The current owner Philippe Lejeune bought it in 2007. He and his partner Lin Liu MW have made a mission to produce Malbec as an interpreter of the unique terroirs: varied types of limestone based soils. The estate has been awarded by its significant evolvement in the quality since: Top 50 Wine of the Year (Decanter), Producer of the Year (Bettane et Desseauve), Best Old World Red by Steven Spurrier, highest score by Wine Enthusiast in Cahors etc.
