About
Hatherleigh lies at 910 metres altitude on an east-facing slope above the village of Laggan in the Southern Tablelands of NSW, Australia. Its climate is cool continental, with cold winters, occasional snowfalls and warm summers. For many years I grew only Pinot Noir, my passion, and the only red grape that would ripen in this cool area. I have since grafted Chardonnay clone 95 over a third of the vineyard. My aim is to produce the finest wines the site can grow.
