Domaine La Tasque

Domaine La Tasque is an organic estate of 6.5 hectares of vineyards surrounding the Minervois village of Mailhac, between Carcassonne and Beziers. It was founded by Juliet Bruce Jones MW and her husband Simon in 2014. Carignan, Syrah and Grenache are the core varieties with new plantings of Assyrtiko, Bourboulenc, Grenache Gris, Mourvèdre and Tempranillo coming on stream for 2023. The grapes are hand harvested and each variety is vinified separately.
