Arid region in Southeastern Spain, located +850 m above sea level. The Monastrell vines are more than 45 years of age and yields less than 15 hl/ha.

Soil Type
Sandy limestone, mixed with pebbles.
Vinification
Each variety is fermented separately in small stainless steel tanks. Cold soak for 3 days follow by fermentation with two punchdowns and pumpovers per day. Maceration lasted 16-25 days. Aged in new French oak barrels of 500 ltr for 24 months where it underwent malolactic conversion. Bottled with light filtration.
