Description
The grapes are hand picked in the GC Geisberg and Osterberg as late as possible to achieve ripeness , optimum flavour intensity and complexity. The vinification was traditional and the wine is now a perfect wine for gastronomy: dry, no residual sugar and no oak-aging. The salient characteristics of the wine are extreme purity and concentrated fruit. Bottling is early to preserve freshness and the wines are then bottle-aged before leaving the winery. This is our text-book, dry “Frédéric Emile”, a classic from our best terroirs in Ribeauvillé, which will keep for years.
