Avantis is a modern winemaking facility, with a typical Greek farmhouse dating from 1930. Avantis is the ancient name of Evia, originated by the first prehistoric Greek tribe, named Avantes. Avantis Estate owns 40 hectares of vineyards. Avantis wines are created to convey the message of nature in the glass full of varietal purity, complexity, grace, and nobility, imprinting terroir’s authenticity. At Avantis Estate, the wines are marked by the character of the terroir. Avantis wines have gained more than 400 awards from international wine competitions.
