Ever since its establishment, Domaine Zafeirakis has focused on sustainable practices to create wines which respect both man and the environment. Sustainability principles have been employed in the long path to reaching that goal. V ineyard management is carefully implemented, aiming for minimal intervention and the preservation of biodiversity in the environment. Cultivation, in practice organic since 2005, is certified by Biohellas with the latest parcels converted by the end of 2022. Biodynamic practices have also been applied since 2019.
