Sandy-clay with a high concentration of flint.

Vinification

Classic red wine vinification with spontaneous yeast fermentation in 3000 and 5000 ltr wooden casks. Extraction lasts for 20-25 days.

Malolactic fermentation: Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.

Maturation

Maturation in amphorae of 370 and 440 ltr for 12 months.

Oak influence: Zero influence of oak on the wine.
