These days, the winery mainly focusses on Pinot varieties, which are planted on more than 90% of the total vineyard area (65% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Madeleine, 10% Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc). Having ca. 4 hectares of our vineyards planted with Pinot Madeleine, the winery is amongst the largest producers of this specialty throughout the world. Whilst working the vineyards, we set store in very natural cultivation.
