Description

Bergstern I Maximum depth, powerful body and high extracts - top quality. Hand-picked, selected grapes come from the Rappental, which, with its outstanding shell limestone soil is one of the best sites in the Unstrut Valley. The classic reductive vinification takes place in steel tanks. In the glass, golden yellow reflections stand out. Power and finesse in the nose - white flowers, mirabelle, ripe pear and a little hazelnut open the aroma game. Plus plenty of thrust and body from herbaceousness, punctuated with some beeswax on the palate.
