Description
Hand harvest, maceration, tonneau ageing. The sun of summer 2019 concentrated the ripe aromas of the grapes. Loess soils. Lush white flowers, tart peach and inviting herbal notes on the nose. On the palate: acidity, spice and an endlessly spicy-elegant phenolic structure at the end. Very tight! Drink until 2030. Goes well with: porcini mushroom risotto with roasted fennel, duck breast with orange sauce, lemon chicken with penja pepper sauce, spinach leaves and pine nut risotto, buttered veal cutlet with fennel and lemon risotto.
