The best grapes are selected by hand for this superior Pinot Blanc. It shows considerable elegance, light spiciness and full body in the glass. Due to the fine fruit, soft acidity and slight residual sweetness, the wine is a great accompaniment to dishes such as seafood, veal, fish and poultry.

Vineyard
Due to the influx of mild air coming from the south, the Rhine Valley has an ideal climate for our grape varieties. The grapes benefit from the climatic advantages, including moderate winters, early spring and long-lasting ripening possibilities until late autumn.
Soil Type
Slate determines the profile of the soils of the Middle Rhine. The vineyard soils consist mainly of Hunsrück slate, dark slate, loess loam with slate rubble, greywacke, loess with slate rubble, quartzite with loam, terrace loam, terrace sand, terrace gravel, pumice and loess loam.
