A wine with a complex layers, black fruit with a mineral touch, spices, roasted notes and a very full, sweet wine on the palate with powerful and sweet tannins.

Harvested by hand mid-September.
Vinification
Vintage selected manually. We remove the stems, cool, ferment at 22-24 degrees Celsius, make the delestage with an 8-day maceration, selected yeasts. Matured in 500 ltr American oak barrels and 6 months in French oak barrels.
Maturation
6 months.
Oak influence: Provides greater support for its conservation, with spicy and roasted aromas.
