Description

The 2022 growing season was another mild and gentle growing season. It had a late, wet start in Spring, followed by a mild summer and cool autumn. Lots of hang time and lower than average yields. Grown specifically for Rosato and picked early in the red-fruit-flavour spectrum. Fermented in stainless steel with fluffy lees, to create a vibrant, lifted rose with a savoury finish. Vegan friendly.
