Description
The gentle growing season in 2021 suited the Cabernet well and produced a wine with bell clear fruit. Serve it in a big tulip-shaped glass so you can appreciate the aroma as full as possible. There is impressive depth of flavour and a long, clean finish with firm tannins indicating this will develop very nicely through until at least 2035 with good cellaring.
