Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The vineyard plots are located on the plain of Bonnieux, at the foot of the oppidum of Lacoste, on calcareous alluvia of the Calavon. Due to its low altitude, this area is marked by winter temperatures below regional averages and cool summer night temperatures, thus favouring the natural acidity of the wines. The geographical position also allows natural ventilation of the site by thermal breezes due to nearby reliefs, thus limiting high morning humidity.

Soil composition: sand 50%, limon 30%, clays 20%, useful water reserves 102 mm, organic matter 1,5%, active limestone 9%.
