Description

Fragrant notes of ripe pear give way to a balanced, supple palate of rich creaminess and subtle spice. The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness before undergoing a slow, gentle cold fermentation in stainless steel in order to preserve the traditional Pinot Blanc characteristics. Limestone soils lend this wine a distinctive full-bodied and expressive nature.
