Organic grapes are hand picked, de-stemmed to locally made clay amphora for 6 months on skins. The wine is full of raspberry and black cherry notes with savoury aromatics like Campari, lavender and a wild amaro character.

Warm and dry along the coast of the Gulf of St Vincent in McLaren Vale.
One meter of red/brown loamy clay over limestone.
Perfect vintage, warm days, very even with cool nights.
Long 6 months maceration. Pressed in September and racked to bottle.
6 months in amphora, 4 months in tanks to settle.
