TASTING NOTES Deep red colour with aromas of gooseberry, cherry and violet with notes of vanilla and nutmeg. Rich taste and soft tannins that boost the richness of the aftertaste. FOOD PAIRING Spicy sausages, marinated meat, risotto with mushrooms and truffle. Cheese with strong flavours. Serve at 16-18 degrees Celcius. LIMITED ANNUAL PRODUCTION
