Description
Pale golden colour. Medium intensity aromas of yellow fruit and citrus, combined with more intense aromas of chamomile, jasmine and spices. Full and rich palate showing apricots and floral notes. Very pleasant, balanced acidity and long finish.

Vinification
Classic white vinification with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius.
Maturation
It can be aged up to 5 years, developing a surprisingly different character over time. Fresh fruity aromas change into toasty nuts, honey and caramel.
Oak influence: There is no barrel usage in either fermentation or maturation.
