Description
Intense lemot zest, grapefruit and tropical floral notes. A fresh and crisp palate of abundant peach and orchard fruits. Sur lie aging has resulted in a rich and mouthcoating texture delicately balancing the fresh acidity.

Soil Type
Grey sand topsoil over a rich brown clay loam.
Vinification
Hand picked fruit was crushed 6 hours before pressing to a single stainless-steel tank. Fermented with ambient yeast and full solids at 15-17 degrees Celsius for 13 days. Left on full solids for 3 months post fermentation. 4 months in stainless steel and seasoned French oak barriques.
