In Praise of Shadows

In Praise of Shadows is a boutique wine producer, sensitively making wines from ancient family owned vineyards in the upper & cooler climes of McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills in the state of South Australia. Our focus is upon making energetic and soulful wines, layered with texture and character that are true to their origins and the soil in which the grapes were grown. We apply minimal intervention and lo-fi winemaking techniques to gently nurture the fruit from vine to bottle, capturing the essence of the season.
