Kind Wine

Pepe Fuster's 28 hectare, organically certified vineyard has been in his family for generations. Teaming up with Englishman Ed Adams MW and South African Bruce Jack on their La Báscula Spanish wine project in 2009, the Kind Wine pair is a more recent development. Kind Wine sports a number of sustainable credentials: the bodega generates its own electricity with a wind turbine, recycles rainwater, uses grape skins for fertiliser and used light weight bottles and unbleached cartons in the winery.
