Weingüter Willems & Hofmann

Carolin and Jürgen Hofmann own two family wineries, both of which are organically certified: Willems-Willems in the Saar Valley and Hofmann in Rheinhessen. Their philosophy is to make excellent wines which reflect the two terroirs from two different regions, under the slogan “slate meets limestone”. Winemaking at both wineries has been taken to new quality levels by focusing on the best vineyards and investing in new cellar equipment. Jürgen and Carolin have also built an ultra-modern winery, including an inviting tasting room, on the outskirts of Appenheim.
