The people behind the Martin Schwarz winery: Martin Schwarz, former cellar master of Proschwitz Castle, drank a bottle of Margaux in 1975 and is therefore a winemaker and perfectionist. Grit Geißler, Martin Schwarz's partner, former teacher, now the good soul in the vineyard.
