Alpha Estate

Alpha Estate is located in Amyndeon, north west Greece, in a significant geo-morphological site. Altitude over 600 meters, with immediate proximity to the 2 neighbouring lakes, moderate north west winds blowing all year round, low precipitation, alluvial, sandy, sandy-clay soils.

Alpha Estate is the brainchild of 2nd generation Vinegrower Makis Mavridis and Winemaker Angelos Iatridis. Their aim is to promote contemporary Greek vinegrowing and winemaking to the world via a state of the art, single block, privately owned 220ha. vineyard.
